Print Your T-Shirt

At Print Your T-Shirt, customer satisfaction is important to us. As most of our products are custom-made and printed on demand, please review our return and refund policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Custom Printed Products

Products that are customized, personalized, or printed based on customer-provided designs, logos, names, photos, or special requests are non-returnable and non-refundable once production has started.

This includes:

  • Custom T-Shirts
  • Custom Oversized T-Shirts
  • Custom Polo Shirts
  • Custom Hoodies
  • Custom Mugs
  • Corporate & Bulk Orders
  • Any personalized products

2. Design Approval

For custom orders, a digital mockup may be provided for approval before printing.

Once the customer approves the design and production begins:

  • No cancellations
  • No returns
  • No refunds
  • No exchanges

will be accepted unless the product is defective or an error was made by Print Your T-Shirt.

3. Ready Design Products

Ready-design products may be eligible for exchange only if:

  • The item received is damaged.
  • The wrong item was delivered.
  • There is a manufacturing defect.

Claims must be submitted within 48 hours of receiving the order.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive:

  • A damaged item
  • A defective product
  • An incorrect product

Please contact us within 48 hours and provide:

  • Order number
  • Clear photos of the product
  • Description of the issue

After review, we may:

  • Replace the item
  • Reprint the product
  • Issue a refund where applicable

5. Size Selection

Customers are responsible for selecting the correct size before placing an order.

Size exchanges are not available for custom-made products once production has started.

Please refer to the size chart provided on the product page before ordering.

6. Color Variations

Actual product colors may vary slightly from screen images due to monitor settings, lighting conditions, and printing processes. Such differences are not considered defects.

7. Refund Processing

Approved refunds, if applicable, will be processed through the original payment method within 7–14 business days.
